Job Application Status

When job seekers apply for your job postings, you can see their applications on All received applications page.

Note that PostJobFree supports job application statuses: "New", "In review", "Intervew", "Offered", "Hired", "Rejected".

You can change application status if you click on a job application.

Let me ask you a question:
Would you like to be able to type custom text notes on your incoming job applications?

It may look like that:

After you add notes it may look like that:

Would job application notes help you in your work?

  1. Everything I have received has been little more than spam to me. As a result, all of my advertising says something to the affect of, "I will only be in contact if your resume appears to fit the role I am recruiting for." For example, my ads say, "No Overseas Resumes," yet I receive resumes of people from abroad. As a result, I am interested in doing as little as possible to be kind to people who have wasted my time. That;s me. Others may see it differently.

  2. @Jeff,

Does it mean you do not need any application tracking features?

  3. I would love to be able to add notes...I have other recruiters in my company and this would be very helpful for us to be able to see another's process quickly and without having to jump from here to our internal database to look at notes.
