Now you can start posting jobs on PostJobFree much faster than before.
You simply post your job and then define all auxilary stuff (such as login, password, recruiter info, and job posting defaults) later.
Email confirmation is not required but desirable.
Without confirmed email the number of postings you can make daily is limited to 20 [1] -- with confirmed email you can do 100 [1] postings per day.
-------
[1] - The posting limit numbers are subject to change.

Free Resume Search web sites listing
I'd like to assemble the list of Free Resume Search web sites.
Please, submit links to such web sites in the comments to this post.
Please also mention if you would like to include resumes from your web sites into united resume search (through resume feed).
2) PostJobFree.com - No registration needed to search for resumes. There are ~150 resumes posted every day (2008 June 7).
3) JobVertise.com - Free resume search. You need to register (free) in order to view resumes, but you may see only resumes that are more than 30 days old, unless you become premium member ($59/month).
There are ~200 resumes posted per day (2008 June 7).
4) JobNugget.com - You have to post at least one job in order to search for resume + some other limitations apply.
5) Google Resume Search -- just don't forget to add keywords that you are searching for to Google search query.
6) Smuz.com - You need to register as a recruiter (free) in order to start searching for resumes.
7) TheJobSpider.com allows pretty straightforward free resume search. Your message to job seeker would be manually reviewed in order to prevent spam.
The same functionality with the same database is provided on other job boards such as www.newmediahire.com and www.accountingjobstoday.com
2) Hispanic-Jobs.com, Asian-Jobs.com and Diversity-Jobs.com have very similar interface, take ~3 minutes to register as an employer. After that you can search for resumes.
However, once you find a resume that you like you have to pay for the contact information. ($75.00 for 5 resume contacts.)
I tested these web sites on 2008 June 08.
Hispanic-Jobs.com had ~25 resume postings per day.
Asian-Jobs.com had ~15 resume postings per day.
http://www.diversity-jobs.com had ~10 resume postings per day.
3) LuckyDogJobs.com -- free resume search, but you need to register and probably pay in order to get access to the contact information. Also resumes seem to be obsolete (few years old).
