"Spam Report" in "Recruiter Jobs"

Q: What does "Spam Report" column in "Recruiter Jobs" list mean?

A: Most of the time this column is empty. However sometimes PostJobFree visitors click [Spam Report] button when they think that they see duplicate job posting, spam, or scam.
In this case "Spam Report column in "Recruiter Jobs" list changes from empty to "1", "2" or more.
Sometimes job is marked as spam by mistake. Still -- consider it as a red flag and be more cautious about that job posting.
